Discord Guide

Rules, guidelines, and punishment procedures for our official Discord server.

General Discord Rules

Please read the rules properly from our main Discord server. They are the basic foundation for all moderation.

Important Discord Log Format:

Every punishment you issue in Discord must follow this exact format:

2) Userid:
3) Punishment:
4) Reason:
5) Offence:
6) Duration:
7) Proof:

Advertising

If someone advertises their Discord server, sends server IPs, or YouTube links which are not related to HappyMC.

Note:Just do not punish for links which include videos from creators like Dream, Dr Donut, or any big creator's link if it is not a promotion. However, if they include "sub plz" and similar terms, then you can mute them.

Multiply the duration for every subsequent offense based on previous duration

Languages

Warn

They cannot speak in other languages in chat. Just give them a warning.

Mute

If they don't listen to you and still do the same thing, mute them for 1 Hour.

(Don't mute for long periods for language offenses)

Abusive Language

Mute

If someone uses abusive language in the chat or towards another user, mute them for that specific infraction and duration appropriate for the severity.

NSFW Content

Inappropriate Material

Ban

Posting NSFW, sensitive, or sexually explicit content (memes, videos, pictures) in any channel is strictly prohibited. This results in an immediate and permanent Ban.

Doxxing & Threats

Doxxing, Swatting, Death Threats

Ban / Blacklist

Leaking another user's personal information (Doxxing), threatening to swat, or sending death threats is a severe offense. Permanently ban the user immediately without warning and inform higher-up management.

Voice Channels

Warn

If a user is mic spamming, using soundboards excessively, or intentionally blowing into their mic to disrupt others, issue a verbal warning.

Voice Mute

If the disruption continues, Voice Mute them for 1 Hour. Make sure to log it.
